We currently have seven CNC milling machines in our milling department. The machines are of various sizes and work with 3 to 5 axis machining. The department group leader works with a production coordinator, who also provides the marketing department with information for offers via MasterCam. The production department has combined daytime, two-shift and unmanned operations. The 5-axis machine works completely unmanned for long time periods. The group monitors quality through first-item-checks, continuous measurements according to plan and last-item-checks.
